Director, Customer Success

In this role, you will:

  • Actively manage multiple implementations and client engagements.
  • Act as the single point of contact to develop and implement customer success criteria, detailed project plans, resource allocation and management, SLA and milestone tracking, customer expectation management, and escalation management.
  • Work with multiple nogpo teams, including product development, master data management, customer support, catalog management, and spend analysis .
  • Be and eyes and ears of nogpo within client organizations, anticipating their needs and expectations and translating them into action.
  • Ensure each client engagement is managed within budget while maximizing client satisfaction.

To be our Director, Customer Success, you will have:

  • At least 8-10 year of experience managing multiple complex engagements with national clients.
  • Come from a healthcare supply chain background having previously worked for a hospital chain, suppliers, GPOs, or core supply chain management and service providers.
  • Hands on experience with SaaS, cloud computing and multi-shore project management with geographically dispersed teams .
  • Complete comfort with big data analysis, predictive intelligence, and recommendation based engines .
  • BS or MS/MBA from a reputable university with emphasis on general business administration, supply chain, procurement, international business, or other relevant areas.

Director, APAC Supplier Relations Management

Mumbai, India

Full time

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, qualify, and enroll manufacturers, dealers, and distributors of medical, surgical, and consumable products based in APAC.
    • Identify sources and conduct extensive email and other marketing campaigns to attract top quality suppliers to nogpo platform
    • Design and implement a stringent qualifying process
    • Conduct due diligence on each supplier and site visits as needed to assure highest quality and ethical standards
    • Educate suppliers on the benefits of the nogpo platform and negotiate contracts
  • Establish and monitor processes for suppliers to upload product and pricing data into the nogpo platform
  • Routinely meet with suppliers, understand their success factors, and create an atmosphere of mutual trust
  • Work with the nogpo team to create programs and plans that drive the corporate objectives.
  • Identify trends and opportunities and provide the necessary intelligence to suppliers to optimize their revenue stream as well as profitability.

We are looking for a true professional who:

  • is currently working for a supplier or a subsidiary of a manufacturer or large dealer/distributor of US or European origin
  • has 6-8 years of successfully managing supplier relationships in APAC and has well established relations
  • knows the supplier qualification process and compliance requirements
  • holds a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA from a reputable institution
  • proficiency in multiple languages is a clear advantage
  • has experience with portals and exchanges (GHX, Alibaba, mfg.com, Ariba etc) would be a super advantage.

SaaS Development Lead

If you’re tired of providing application maintenance and support when you could be breaking new ground in your field, then you could be just the person we’re looking for. You definitely are if you:

  • Are infected with a bias for SaaS or off the shelf software product development vs application support
  • Decided to take the less traveled route and worked for one or more start-ups, even if they failed
  • Had a brilliant but unsuccessful idea, designed it, and took it to market
  • Are passionate about software and believe that it can solve healthcare supply chain or other complex problems
  • Can manage geographically spread teams, excite them with your vision, and follow through to project completion
  • Have prior experience working with a US based software startup. It sounds like a lot, but then there’s a lot at stake – from making a real difference in healthcare to reaping significant rewards.

So in addition to the requirements listed above, our ideal person would have:

  • Designed, architected, built and supported SaaS, cloud systems in an enterprise area
  • Had hands on experience with both Java (our preferred technology) as well as Microsoft technologies
  • Demonstrated capability to build scalable systems, going from a few local users to thousands of global ones in a B2B environment
  • Experience with multiple databases like MongoDB, SQL server and others, and are very comfortable with open source software
  • Prior experience with a software exchange or similar environment and have dealt extensively with product catalog database design, order management, warehouse management, big data analytics, and predictive intelligence.
  • Managed hosting and infrastructure issues and can communicate what you know
  • Demonstrated expertise in business continuity management

Senior Engagement manager-Expert in spend analysis

New Jersey, Tri-state area & Mumbai, India

Full time

In this role, you will:

  • Bring your past experience with managing the full life cycle of spend management projects.
  • Own the responsibility of managing the entire project, manage a team of 6-8 people comprising of catalog data management, master data management, category experts and product development team.
  • Initiation of the new projects post SOW sign off.
  • Manage multiple spend management and master data management projects.
  • Evaluate change requests, track project, scope control and management.
  • Conduct weekly status meetings with the customer success director as well as the client and proactively manage the project plan and SLA.
  • Mobile, be able to travel to customer global locations as needed

So in addition to the requirements listed above, our ideal person would have:

  • An engineering degree from a reputable institution (BE/BTech)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in spend analysis
  • 2-3 years of documented project management experience, PMP certification will be a great value addition.
  • Excellent communication, inter personal and client management skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft tools XL, Power point and outstanding presentation skills.
  • Outside the box thinking and very customer centric.

Senior UI/UX Developer

If you’re tired of re-designing the same old application UI and you are interested in breaking new ground, then you could be just the person we’re looking for.

We believe that everything should be simple but not simplistic, developing the user interface and experience is the most important job in our organization as it touches our client’s lives on a day today basis.

In this role, you will:

  • Design software applications using HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, XML/XSLT.
Design and implement front-end business applications while working closely with other developers, business analyst and user experience.
  • Evaluate, prototype and recommend Web UI technologies.
Translate business requirements and user experience guidelines into a first class impressive and intuitive user interface.

So in addition to the requirements listed above, our ideal person would have:

  • Extensive UI / UX design experience.
  • Ability to prototype in HTML 5, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery and CSS 3 is strong plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Blend / XAML.
  • Expertise in cross browser development (IE, Firefox, Safari etc.) and Web usability and interface design knowledge.
  • Understand the best practices for web-based applications and interaction design.
  • Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency with web and accessibility standards.
